Javanais
Javanese is spoken by approximately 8 million people in Indonesia. It is the native language of the Javanese, who constitute the largest ethnic population in the country. Javanese is also spoken by Javanese communities in other countries, including the Netherlands and Malaysia. Javanese belongs to the Austronesian language family and is closely related to Malay and Balinese. It has a long history and has been influenced by several languages, including Sanskrit, Arabic, and Dutch. Javanese is written with the Latin alphabet, although the traditional Javanese script based on the Kawi script is still used in some contexts. The language has a rich variety of dialects, which can vary significantly from region to region.
