Cherry and frangipane delight
Beneath a crust dusted with icing sugar, the Cherry Delight hides a generous filling: creamy frangipane, melt-in-the-mouth cherries and chocolate chips. A pastry full of contrasts and sweetness, crafted at Pain d'Antan.
Each delicacy is filled with a frangipane made from almonds, melt-in-the-mouth cherries and dark chocolate shavings. Our artisans shape the puff pastry by hand, brown it, then sprinkle it with icing sugar as soon as it comes out of the oven.
