Spiced to perfection, this golden Liège waffle combines the crunchiness of caramel with the softness of yeast dough. Cinnamon and honey give it a warm flavour reminiscent of childhood snacks.
Our artisans incorporate cinnamon directly into the yeast dough, enriched with butter and honey. Slow cooking allows the sugar crystals to caramelise, revealing a waffle with a soft and fragrant centre.
