A homemade Tunisian salad combining crunchy vegetables and fresh fruit: tomatoes, apples, cucumbers, peppers and red onions. The whole thing is seasoned with vinegar, then combined with tender tuna on our exclusive fennel bread. Fresh and generous.

Every day, our artisans prepare a homemade Tunisian salad, where vegetables and fruits are marinated in sweet vinegar to bring out their freshness. This colourful mixture accompanies tender and flavourful tuna, served on our dense bread flavoured with fennel and olives.
