Our dark chocolate pralines are made from homemade pralines produced according to the 70/30 recipe and ganaches developed in-house. Our artisans roast the raw nuts to reveal their full aromatic intensity before combining them with a dark chocolate full of character.
Dark chocolate (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin), dried fruit (almonds, hazelnuts), cream (milk), butter (milk), fruit purées, vanilla, salt.
