Our milk chocolate rochers combine homemade roasted and caramelised almonds with melt-in-the-mouth milk chocolate. Made in uniform slabs, they offer a refined, artisanal gourmet treat.
Our artisans roast and caramelise the almonds before coating them in milk chocolate. The choice of a rectangular shape guarantees consistency and visual refinement.
Ingredients: Almonds, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, wheat flour, water, cocoa paste, whey powder, butter (concentrated), soya lecithin, salt, barley malt, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, milk protein, lactose, natural vanilla, paprika.
