Chouquettes
Light and crispy, our chouquettes are baked every night and sprinkled with pearl sugar by hand. A taste of childhood to enjoy every morning, fresh from the oven.
The dough is machine-made for perfect consistency, but the pearl sugar is carefully added by hand. Baking overnight ensures a fresh batch every morning, ready to eat.
Ingredients: milk, pasteurised cream (from milk), sugar, glucose, skimmed milk powder, wheat flour, rapeseed oil, palm oil, sugar syrup, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, salt, cinnamon, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, locust bean gum, sodium alginate, guar gum, carrageenan.
