Our Mélo-Cakes are made with light marshmallow, hand-placed on a soft biscuit and then coated in chocolate. Each piece is designed as a tender nod to childhood snacks.

Yes, they are handmade in our workshop, with melt-in-the-mouth marshmallow, a soft biscuit and a delicate chocolate coating.

They combine the crunchiness of chocolate, the lightness of marshmallow and the softness of biscuit.

They can be stored for up to 5 days in a cool place, between 2°C and 7°C. Take them out a few minutes before serving to make them even more melt-in-the-mouth.

Absolutely! Their size, softness and chocolate flavour make them a guaranteed hit with children (and adults).
