Javanais

Javanese is a language spoken by approximately 90 million people in Indonesia, mainly on the island of Java. It is the native language of the largest Indonesian ethnic group, the Javanese. Javanese belongs to the Austronesian language family and is closely related to Balinese, Madurese, and Sundanese. There are several dialects of Javanese, but the Central dialect is considered the standard form of the language. Javanese has a writing system that uses the Latin alphabet, although writing in Javanese characters is also used. The language is rich in poetry and literature, with many famous Javanese writers. Javanese is also used in media, music, and theater. Despite the popularity of Indonesian as the national language, Javanese continues to be widely spoken and preserved by the Javanese community.
