Five moist layers, a smooth coffee buttercream and a homemade ganache. The Javanais is available here in a generous version to share, still assembled by hand by our artisans.
Our artisans assemble each Javanais layer by layer, combining homemade coffee buttercream with a soft biscuit, all enhanced by a delicate ganache. A patient task, carried out by hand.
