A signature product of our bakeries, the white baguette of yesteryear rests for a long time before going into the oven. Its slow fermentation and stone baking reveal a soft crumb and a golden crust with hints of wheat.

Our artisans allow the dough to rest slowly, giving the yeast time to work naturally. Then comes baking on stone, which gives this homemade baguette a thin crust and a balanced texture, without haste or artifice.
