Our artisans select an ancient einkorn flour, prized for its high fibre content and low gluten content. The finishing touch? A generous coating of sunflower seeds that brown in the oven for a toasted flavour and delicate crunch.

Ingredients: spelt flour, water, oats, salt, yeast, starch, wheat flour, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, ascorbic acid (E300), enzymes.
