Our artisans use a clever blend of wheat, spelt and rye flours, enriched with wheat germ and malt. A size designed for solo meals, baked to preserve the moisture of the crumb.

Ingredients: Water, wheat flour, spelt flour, wheat germ, salt, rye flour, yeast, wheat malt, starch, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, ascorbic acid (E300), enzymes, wheat gluten, mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, barley malt.
