A dark bread made with natural sourdough, generously filled with walnuts and raisins. Our artisans allow the sourdough time to develop rich aromas, resulting in a dense yet moist crumb.

This bread is based on a long fermentation process using natural yeast. Our artisans add the walnuts and raisins during the kneading process to preserve their texture and infuse each slice with their flavour.
