Every morning, our artisans fill this croissant with a pastry cream enriched with Madagascan vanilla. A generous filling, prepared without recycling, for a melt-in-the-mouth texture at the heart of the puff pastry.

Ingredients: Milk, butter, pasteurised cream, sugar, egg yolk, corn starch, natural vanilla, carotene colouring, riboflavin colouring, natural vanilla flavouring, carrageenan, citric acid, potassium sorbate, starch, salt fat, magnesium salts of fatty acids, flavourings, xanthan gum, ascorbic acid (E300), yellow colouring (E102), enzymes, wheat flour, water, yeast, wheat gluten, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin, whole milk powder.
