This doughnut is made from yeast dough that is left to rest for a long time to develop its lightness. Once fried, it is generously coated in sugar to reveal its softness. Our artisans offer it as is, or ready to be topped according to the inspiration of the day.

Ingredients: almonds, butter, sugar, eggs, wheat flour, water, milk, virgin olive oil, salt, corn starch, carotene colouring, riboflavin colouring, natural vanilla flavouring, wheat malt, ascorbic acid, enzymes, apricot, invert sugar, modified starch, wheat semolina, soya flour, wheat gluten, dextrose, mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, rapeseed oil, ascorbic acid (E300), yeast, whole milk powder, olive oil, sodium lactylates, invert sugar syrup.
