Light and melt-in-the-mouth, our sugar brioche has a delicate butter and vanilla flavour. Each one is handmade for an irresistible texture.
The dough is carefully kneaded by our artisans, then baked until golden brown and sprinkled with sugar just before coming out of the oven, for a light and irresistible crispiness.
