The curry sauce is homemade with a blend of mild spices (turmeric, coriander, cumin, etc.) and apples. It coats tender pieces of chicken, placed on a bed of vinegared cabbage. The whole dish is brought to life by the crunch of fried onions and enhanced by our fennel bread.
