Our artisans incorporate Lotus speculoos directly into the milk base. Before potting, pieces are added to give it body and a biscuity texture that surprises with every spoonful.

Our artisans work exclusively with Lotus speculoos biscuits, which are incorporated into the ice cream and added in pieces for texture.
