Piedmont dessert for 4 people
The Piémont is available here in a generous, melt-in-the-mouth format to share. Hazelnuts, praline and chocolate are delicately combined in a light, homemade mousse texture.
Assembled in a large tray in our workshop, the Piémont 4 personnes is then cut by hand to offer a perfectly balanced texture between praline, mousse and hazelnut biscuit.
