Cherry Crumble
This cherry crumble is made in our workshop with simmered fruit and a crispy topping with almond slivers. A rustic treat with a homemade taste, created in collaboration with our bakers.
The cherries are gently simmered before being placed on top of a frangipane made by our bakers. The crumble, rich in almonds, is made by hand for a generous crunch.
Ingredients: Water, butter, sugar, almonds, wheat flour, eggs, milk, virgin olive oil, cocoa butter, cherry, whole milk powder, salt, soya lecithin, vanillin, natural vanilla extract, glycerol, corn starch, carotene colouring, riboflavin colouring, natural vanilla flavouring, wheat malt, ascorbic acid, enzymes, apricot, invert sugar, modified starch.
