Apple crumble for 6 people
A generous apple crumble, prepared by hand in collaboration with our bakers: fresh apples peeled and cooked in our workshop, crispy crumble topping with almond flakes. A family dessert to be enjoyed warm or cold.
The apples are carefully peeled by hand every day and then cooked in the workshop to preserve their melt-in-the-mouth texture. The crumble topping is homemade with real almond pieces, while the frangipane base is prepared by our bakers.
