A golden roll with a soft crumb, enriched with roasted hazelnuts and Belgian honey. Fermented for 24 hours and baked on stone, this roll combines sweetness and character, to be savoured with every bite.

Our artisans select Turkish hazelnuts, which they roast on site to bring out their aromas. Combined with delicate Belgian honey, these flavours are enhanced by 24 hours of fermentation and stone baking, resulting in a bread that is as soft as it is tasty.

Ingredients: water, hazelnuts, honey, salt, yeast, starch, wheat flour, malted wheat flour, wheat gluten, wheat malt, fungal amylases.
