Our briochon combines the softness of a moist dough with the pleasure of chocolate chips. A gourmet pastry made in accordance with traditional baking methods.

Our artisans incorporate the chips by hand into a long-fermented dough to preserve its unique softness. The amount of chocolate is carefully calculated to melt just enough with each bite.
