Sugar and raisin brioche

This brioche combines the softness of a moist crumb with melt-in-the-mouth raisins and delicately crunchy sugar. A traditional pastry designed for everyday treats.

The raisins are carefully incorporated into a generously buttered dough, which is left to rest for a long time to develop a soft crumb. Pearl sugar is added just before baking to create a delicious contrast with every bite.
