Multigrain square loaf
A generous multigrain bread made with more than ten different seeds and flours. Its balanced crumb and malty colour make it perfect for breakfast or gourmet sandwiches.
Our artisans combine spelt, wheat, rye, oat and corn flour with a selection of seeds (sunflower, flax, millet, sesame). Baking on stone reveals a balanced crumb and a crust generously sprinkled with seeds.
