This sourdough bread combines the richness of rye with pieces of apricot, cranberry, almond and pistachio. A fruity and indulgent combination, carefully crafted at Pain d'Antan.

Our artisans combine rye flour and sourdough to create a rich and balanced base, into which fruit and seeds are incorporated just before shaping. Careful baking brings out the sweetness of the apricots and the crunchiness of the roasted pistachios.
