Our artisans prepare each couque with homemade pastry cream, cooked slowly to reveal its full sweetness. The puff pastry is rolled by hand with sun-kissed raisins, then carefully browned before going into the oven.

Ingredients: milk, water, wheat flour, sugar, raisins, eggs, whole milk powder, butter, yeast, salt, vegetable fat (sunflower), starch, mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, dextrose, enzymes, ascorbic acid (E300), palm oil, natural vanilla flavouring, riboflavin colouring, wheat malt, carotene colouring, glycerol, corn starch, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.
