Our artisans have designed this recipe to be a concentrate of flavours: toasted sesame, garlic, ginger, chilli, onion, herbs... A base of sesame and peanut oil balances this intensity, creating a complex and harmonious sauce. Ideal for enhancing a cold dish or a crunchy salad.
