At Pain d'Antan, our nougatines combine roasted and caramelised slivered almonds with a chocolate coating. Available in bars or pieces, they are handmade at every stage to preserve their authentic artisanal quality.

The secret of our nougatines lies in their manual production: the almonds are roasted then caramelised, the sugar and egg white mixture is spread out and cooked, before being broken by hand and coated in chocolate. Artisanal attention is paid to each step.
