Stracciatella ice cream 500ml
A creamy milk ice cream, dotted with fine dark chocolate flakes obtained by adding cocoline. A large size for lovers of authentic stracciatella.
Stracciatella is distinguished by its artisanal production process: cocoline, a mixture of coconut oil and dark chocolate, is poured into the ice cream as it comes out of the turbine. It solidifies immediately and breaks into fine chips, which mix with the ice cream to create a unique texture.
