Plum tart
Melt-in-the-mouth, juicy plums, laid on a golden pastry with a thin almond base. Each bite offers a balance between the sweetness of the fruit and a slight tartness, enhanced by a brilliant finish.
Our artisans select ripe, flavourful plums and generously arrange them on a biscuit base. During baking, the juice gently caramelises, creating a shiny, fragrant tart with an almond base.
