A golden, slightly crispy pastry, thickly filled with melted brown sugar, lightly caramelised on top. The distinct taste of brown sugar is reminiscent of our grandmothers' gentle, sweet tarts.

Our artisans pour a generous helping of brown sugar onto a soft homemade pastry, then bake it gently to achieve a golden, melt-in-the-mouth, almost candied surface. A simple but deeply comforting tart.
