Our artisans blend wheat, rye, oat, barley, spelt and corn flours with a selection of seeds – sesame, sunflower, flax and millet – to create a soft and nourishing bread. Each bite reveals a wealth of textures and flavours.

Ingredients: Water, wheat flour, sesame, salt, yeast, starch, rapeseed oil, enzymes, ascorbic acid (E300), wheat, rye, oats, maize, barley, wheat gluten, spelt flour, citric esters, sodium lactylates, calcium lactylates, wheat malt, sunflower seeds, soya beans, millet seeds, rye flour, barley malt, sugar, linseed, mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides.
