Our artisans incorporate whole olives into a soft sourdough dough to preserve their intense flavour. This bread is then carefully baked to develop a thin crust and allow the Mediterranean flavours to fully express themselves.

Ingredients: water, olives, salt, yeast, starch, wheat flour, malted wheat flour, iron gluconate, lactic acid, citric acid, wheat gluten, wheat malt, fungal amylases.
