Our artisans choose a light baking process, just enough to form a thin, supple crust, in order to preserve an extraordinarily soft crumb. This gentle baking process is ideal for bringing out all the flavours of a homemade sandwich.
Ingredients: water, wheat flour, salt, yeast, starch, malted wheat flour, rapeseed oil, enzymes, ascorbic acid (E300), wheat malt, wheat gluten.
