Goat's cheese tartine
Our artisans prepare a creamy goat's cheese mousse from fresh, unripened goat's cheese. Sun-dried tomatoes, basil and mint enhance the flavour, topped with an IGP balsamic cream. A fresh and generous tartine.
It all starts with the homemade goat's cheese mousse: our artisans make it from an unripened log, beaten until it has a light and silky texture. It is then harmoniously combined with fresh herbs and a touch of IGP Modena balsamic cream.
