Slices of artisanal smoked salmon from Gembloux, crunchy radishes and fresh dill on a bed of cream cheese and homemade ocean sauce. A subtle and refreshing tartine, served on our fennel bread.

Our artisans select finely sliced artisanal smoked salmon from Gembloux. They place it on a base of fresh cheese and a homemade ocean sauce with dill, slightly sweetened with rice vinegar. The whole thing is topped with crunchy radishes on fennel and olive bread.
