Stracciatella ice cream 250ml

A creamy milk ice cream base, to which our artisans add cocoline while it is still hot. On contact with the ice cream, it solidifies and forms delicate dark chocolate flakes.

Stracciatella is created with a precise technique: cocoline, a mixture of coconut oil and dark chocolate, is poured onto the ice cream as it comes out of the freezer. It freezes immediately, breaking into fine flakes that are sprinkled over the ice cream, giving it its characteristic crunch.
