Tender pieces of rhubarb, lightly caramelised, rest on a biscuit base enriched with ground almonds. A family tart that combines crunchiness, tartness and authentic sweetness.
Our artisans cut the rhubarb into small pieces before generously arranging it on a biscuit pastry enriched with almond powder. Baking reveals a beautiful harmony between the natural tartness of the fruit and the sweetness of the base.
