Our artisans shape each loaf by hand to give it its iconic twisted shape. Thanks to a balanced blend of flours and seeds (sunflower, sesame, flax, etc.), this bread develops a unique richness of flavour during baking, enhanced by a dense Maltese crumb.

Ingredients: Water, wheat flour, salt, yeast, rye flour, sesame seeds, starch, malt from wheat, rapeseed oil, enzymes, ascorbic acid (E300), wheat gluten, spelt flour, barley malt, sugar, sunflower seeds, soya beans, millet seeds, linseed, mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides.
