With no added yeast, this baguette relies solely on the power of natural sourdough. A thin, slightly floury crust, a soft crumb and a distinctive flavour that reflect the slow and patient work of our artisans.

Our artisans replace yeast with a natural sourdough starter made in-house. Thanks to slow fermentation, the dough develops a deep aroma, a honeycombed crumb and a light crust, marked by baking on stone.
