5-cheese quiche

Homemade quiche pastry made with farm butter and flour selected for its suppleness. Topped with five distinctive cheeses: Roquefort Papillon, Brie de Meaux, goat's cheese, sheep's cheese and homemade grated Gruyère for a generous gratin.

Our artisans prepare the quiche pastry with "low-tension" flour, which retains its suppleness during baking. Homemade grated Gruyère replaces traditional Emmental, making for a more flavourful gratin. The whole thing is enhanced by distinctive cheeses such as Roquefort Papillon and Brie de Meaux.
