Each marquise is hand-dipped in delicate chocolate, ensuring an elegant, artisanal finish. This precise technique enhances the shortbread texture of the biscuit.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, butter, sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, egg whites, salt, potato starch, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, wheat malt, ascorbic acid, enzymes, citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium sorbate, guar gum, xanthan gum.
