These cocoa shortbread biscuits, called diamonds because of their sparkling sugar edges, are prepared by our artisans with a dough rich in butter and egg yolks. A delicious combination of crunchy and melt-in-the-mouth.

It's all in the precision of the technique: our artisans roll the dough in sugar before baking, giving each biscuit its sparkling edge and unique shortbread texture.
