Lemon marshmallows
Light as a cloud, our lemon marshmallows are made without eggs for a light and melt-in-the-mouth texture. The fresh scent of lemon enhances this artisan confectionery.
Our marshmallows are whipped like mayonnaise using gelatine, ensuring a light and creamy texture. With no eggs, they stay light for longer.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, invert sugar, lemon, potato starch, tartrazine, azorubine, orange yellow S, citric acid, lemon essential oil, beef gelatine.
