Strawberry marshmallows
Light and airy, our strawberry marshmallows are made without eggs, giving them a cloud-like texture. The fruity taste of strawberries adds sweetness and indulgence to this artisanal confectionery.
Thanks to gelatine, our marshmallows are whipped like mayonnaise, giving them a unique lightness. The use of strawberry purée enhances their fruity flavour.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, invert sugar, strawberries, potato starch, ponceau 4R, cochineal red A, glucose syrup, citric acid, anthocyanins, turmeric, pectin, tara gum, beef gelatine.
