The coffee cream is not just a flavoured pastry cream, but a special recipe prepared every morning. The piping and filling are done entirely by hand, for a result that is as close to tradition as possible.

Ingredients: Milk, sugar, eggs, butter, pasteurised cream, water, wheat flour, egg yolk, corn starch, DE40 glucose syrup, coffee, caramelised sugar, glucose, salt, hazelnut oil, carotene colouring, riboflavin colouring, natural vanilla flavouring, carrageenan, citric acid, potassium sorbate, wheat malt, ascorbic acid, enzymes.
