The size has changed, but not the recipe: our artisans have kept the generous blend of flours (spelt, rye, oats), seeds (soya, flax, millet, sunflower) and wheat germ. The result: a small wholemeal bread roll with a big personality.

Ingredients: water, spelt flour, wheat germ, yeast, salt, starch, wheat flour, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, ascorbic acid (E300), enzymes, soya seeds, gluten from wheat, oats, rye flour, barley malt, maize, millet seeds, calcium chloride, linseed, mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, calcium lactylates, sodium lactylates, wheat malt.
