A wholemeal bread with a generous flavour, coated with sunflower seeds and made with a blend of ancient flours. Its dense and nourishing crumb makes it an ideal everyday companion.

Our artisans use a blend of wholemeal flours — wheat, spelt, rye and oats — combined with a variety of seeds. This small loaf packs all the rich flavour of Mackorn with the generosity of sunflower seeds.

Ingredients: water, wheat flour, spelt flour, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, salt, yeast, starch, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, ascorbic acid (E300), enzymes, malt from wheat, oats, soybeans, millet seeds, rye flour, wheat gluten, barley malt, sugar, linseed, mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides.
